Hi all, somewhat new reader, 1st time poster. I have been reading this site for awhile now just trying to learn a little bit about the various software, hardware and tips and tutorials about making backups. Well, recently I have read a lot of the posts about backing up Doom3, and I still am a little unsure if I have the proper components to do a 1 to 1 backup of safedisc 3.2. My plextor is v1.4 and I keep my oem dvd+rw because the plextor will not read the dvd's(memorex 4x from Best Buy) that I burned using the oem. If my system is capable then I have already read the post about making a Farcry backup, so that is how I should go about it. Right?? BTW, I have all of the needed software. Thanks!

Oops, sorry, I edited my sig now to show my Plextor, it is a Plextor 712(v1.4 firmware which from what I have read is a two sheep burner. I tried to copy my Doom3 again last night using the farcry example with no success. My 1st try I just used A120 to read and write, last night I used clonecd 5.0 to read with the settings suggested for farcry and used A120 to burn, again with no success.
