hey i make dvds about cars for a living how do i copywrite the dvdz i make ?????

In short...you cannot.

If the big companies cannot stop people copying their discs then you have no hope.

You can write copyright on anything you make...of anyone copies it, then you get to sure their ass...if you have the money. That´s the law...even in Russia

Wow. I never would have throught of wanting to copy protect anything.

Establish a CopyRight - yeah - that's different, but I despise copy protection so much I cannot imagine a circumstance where I'd want to actually add it to something.
