How to copy CD with hole on it as a copy protection?

Hello I am trying to copy one CD which has hole on it so I can't copy it. I tried with nero & alcohol etc but not one could copy it.

Actual software is just around 3-4 mb in that cd but it got around 700 mb of junk files & it has hole in this file area so I can't copy the software in CD to CD.

Software CD is required once to run the software....any one can help me please ??

Cant you just use Alcohol on SafeDisc 2/3 mode... or any mode with "Ignore Read Errors".

There's an 'old' thread at cdfreaks about this 'CD hole protection' I read it a while ago. Just searched for it but I can't find it maybe someone else got more info or knows the magic words using the search engine finding the mentioned thread.

Re: How to copy CD with hole on it as a copy protection?

I have tried "Alcohol 120% using SafeDisc 2/3 mode" with "Ignore Read Errors" marked.
But still it's not making the image file. It's stops after 45% !!

Any other idea ?

Try using CloneCD and BlindWrite, see also http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread.php?t=48027
