Help using Star Fvck / Star Nightmare - Club CDFreaks

Can somebody tell me or give me a link to a guide that says step by step how to use The final version of Star Fvck? So I install the game, the I open the Star Fvck program and theres a bunch of buttons like enable cd rom, diable cd rom, Patch files or something like that. What do I press. How do I mount the mini image? With alcohol or damem tools? As you can see I don't know where to begin. This ofcourse is so I can play my backup of Toca Racedriver and GTA Fia.
