What am I doing wrong - Club CDFreaks

I followed the instructions (though it is pretty self-explanitory on what to do. When I click start, it sits there for about 20 to 30 minutes, the progress bar doesn't move, and then it says:

Successfully finished processing.

What I am left with:
my original files in source dir
the following files (with sizes) in the destination dir:

VIDEO_TS.BUP 6KB
VIDEO_TS.IFO 6KB
VTS_01_0.BUP 12KB
VTS_01_0.IFO 12KB
VTS_01_1.VOB 0KB

I am running AMD Athalon 1.33ghz, 512MB RAM (Should be more than sufficient)

What ripping software are you using and are you using file mode ?

How much free Hard Disk space have you ?

I had used 'SmartRipper' and did "movie" mode instead of "file" or "backup" I just did it with "Backup" and it works just peachy. I am infinitely happier now with DVD2one.
