Unable to open vobfileset 1 in E:\....

Newbie here.

When I choose my source and destination directories and click Next, I get teh following error:

Unable to open vobfileset 1 in E:\....

Help?

Edit: I'm using DVD2one trial after DVDDecripter rip.

There aint any reason why you should make the same post twice (which is against the rules btw). Your other post in the DVD Soft forum will be deleted.

chinook2, you need to rip the WHOLE DVD to your HD first and convert from there.

Yes, Hemispasm, I felt this wa the proper place for it also. Should have gone back and requested deletion of the other one.

Thanks NYPlayer and Chickenman. I get it now. In fact, I burned one successfully last night.

Remember the Far Side cartoon where the man is yelling at the dog, but all the dog is hearing is "Wah, wah, wah, wah wah."? When 3/4 of the words in a sentence are foreign to you, it makes it seem much harder that it really is.

What you need to do is to make sure that you have the right ifo for the titleset you are working on. a VTS_01.ifo file will not work for a VTS_07.1.VOB file. using the proper ifo file for the titleset will take care of that error message. Cheers
