Subtitle bug in DVD2one ? - Club CDFreaks

I don't know is this is a bug...

Everytime I PAUSE a movie transcoded with DVD2one, when I resume, the default subtitle is turn on (even when the subtitles where OFF before making the pause).

did you include the menu? this problem doesn't seem to appear if the menu is kept and shown first, but does appear if the menu is removed, or even skipped.
