Sound problems

When I play my backup DVD's the sound stops when the movie goes from track one to track two. I decrypt with DVD decrypter in file mode then use DVD2ONE to remove unwanted audio and subtitle tracts. I have then burned with nero, Easy CD Creator, Prassi and gear with always the same results. What am I doing wrong.
