| Rip the whole disk or just the movie Should I be ripping the whold disk with dvdDecrypter or just the movie. I have been just rippping the movie not all the files. Someone wrote that dvd2one runs faster if it has all the files. Rips take about 40-45 mins. DVD2one takes about the same time with the way I have been doing it. Intel 800mgz Sone DRU500A |

| You should rip the movie in Filemode selecting only the files from the mainmovie without streamprocessing! (DVDdecryptor automaticly selects the main movie for you) DVD2one only uses those files, so i fail to see why it should be faster if you have the whole disc on your HDD. |

| Just a little FYI, I Rip only the main movie files and the VIDEO_TS.IFO file and have not had any problems :-) Iv'e done about 50 movies this way with DVD2One, And it has worked Well, now that the layer brk is gone, I no longer need to Reprocess IFO files with IFOEdit. mike PS: I have also done several movies with out the VIDEO_TS.IFO file and have not encountered any problems. |
