PS2 Backups over 4GB - Club CDFreaks

Has anyone had problems copying (backuping) PS2 Games that are over 4GB in size, onto DVD-R Media.

I can write data CD's over 4GB, and if i put the PS2 disc in my pc im told its over 4gb in size.

They just wont boot on a PS2, but anything under 4GB works fine.
