Opinion of DVD2One

I found out about DVD2One from a friend (registered user of Remote Selector) and decided to take a look at this program myself.

I took the plunge and purchased the full version of the program without trying the demo. First I will compliment the webmaster for simple and efficient registration process. Within a minute of ordering I was ready for download.

I decided to test the program with Lord Of The Rings, a film only a few days earlier I spent 8+ hours re encoding using the DVD2SVCD method only to end up with files a tad too big for DVD In fact I tried 3-4 times over past week to get it right.

DVD2One was simple and whole process to get files ready to burn excluding the ripping took around 20 mins on my XP1900+ with 512mb pc333 memory.

End result was exceptionally good..........nah tell a lie it was fantastic.

I have used DVDX Copy but to me to have films on 2 discs sort of defeats the object of dvd's. I want my films on a single disc, they are not gonna be perfect but the differences to most will not be noticable.

All in all this program has saved me alot of time and has to be the best piece of software in its category so far. The best can only get better!!!

Compliments to the author!!

I wouldn't know as I don't own a dvd burner (yet). I did test DVDxCopy (copy vobs) and I was impressed with the speed time on my Athalon 950 I really don't have any good reason to purchase a dvd burner because I get superior video results using DVD2SVCD using CCE encoder When the prices for dvd burners fall, then I'll consider

You just told us more or less that you are using an illegal copy of CCE. That's not very wise.

Well, you said that you don't wanna buy a DVD burner
cause you get good results with DVD2SVCD with CCE
Means you are NOT getting the CCE logo throughout the movie.
Since CCE = $2000.- and a DVD Burner = $99.-
So you pay $2000,- for it but you can't afford $ 99.- for a DVD burner, it's easy to say you are using a hacked version of CCE.
Won't be suprised if you are using a Regged version of DVD2one
with a keygen. Just my 2 cents.

Some People use CCE and live with Banner in the encoded Movies and other People buy the Light Version of CCE,that "only" cost 250$ or €.Also keep smiling

Re: Opinion of DVD2One

I found out about DVD2One from a friend

I purchased the full version of the program without trying the demo.

I test the program with "The Green Mile" playtime 181 min. I spent many hours for re encoding using "Rempeg" and "ifoedit"

DVD2One was simple and whole process to get files ready to burn . took around 27 mins on my P4 2Ghz.

End result was fantastic , I never had the same results with Rempeg.

I'm using Primo DVD to burn.

Compliments for the maker of this programm !!
