Opinion about DVD2one

I just tried the latest and maybe for the future the most promising DVD authoring program! I tried two films: 1. Stephen King's Rose red The film is on two discs which contain about 4 hours of film! The first disc is hard part of the film 'cause 2hours and 44mins is it's length and the greatest problem is that it's not in 16:9 but in 4:3 and after the process was finished I realized that the film was not as good as the CCE version is but I must say it is still very promising. The second was The last temptation of Christ of Martin Scorsese it is on a dual layer disc and contains 3 hours of film 16:9 aspect ratio The image quality is much better than the one of Rose red disc1 I think it is because of the 16:9 ratio. But it is still not so good as the CCE version! Yrah I know it takes just 1hour and 30 minutes to author a full film, evenif it is not so good as CCE authored film. For the future I just wanted to say that keep on programmingprogrammingprogrammingprogrammingprogrammingprogramming and programming. I was really astonished from the speed of DVD2one if you could for example slow down a little bit the speed of it and therefore reach such a good image quality like CCE that would be the greatest of all. But I know nothin' about how it is working I mean the program but anyway good luck for the future!

The movie lengths you are testing with are the extremes, of course. As far as slowing the program down, DVD2ONE transcodes the video. It doesn't re-encode it.

So far no good

Someone explain to me a few things.
I thought this program was able to fit an entire DVD (menus, special features and all) onto one disc. Right?

Well I use Smartripper to decrypt dvd into a folder.
I open DVD2ONE.
I go through each and every title (all 30 of them). And process them into a different folder.
Then I try use Nero (which I've been able to make DVDs with before) to burn the dvd and i get an error message.
The only good thing is I didn't waste a disc.
Anyone have any solutions for me or did I get ripped off.
I notice we can't contact DVD2one directly.

im sorry but , you thught wrong, this is not a complite dvd copy solution like dvdxcopy is. all dvd2one backs up is your main movie.(or whatever movie you want.) no extras, no menues.

and as for the error its giving you, all i can say is that your doing it wrong.

or did I get ripped off
Why don't you at least read the program description before suggesting something like that.
It's clearly descriped as a movie-only.

Mea Culpa Mea Culpa
Your right.
I did in fact get it to work later that night using Nero.
And the resulting backup (SIGNS) was perfect.
