Messing up the Audio..??

I have made a backup of the movie Blade II and I have read on this forum that DVD2One do not touch the audio-streams....
I´m not so sure I can agree on that. When I play the copy in my system the audio is very high. The I switched to the originalmovie and the audio is low/normal again.

To get the same level of audio I have to set the volume to 2 on the copy and to get the same volume I have to set it to 5.
(This is on a scale from 1 to 10). Can someone pls explain.
...or is it just me doing something wrong.

1. Ripped with DVD-Decryptor
2. Run through DVD2One
3. Burn with Nero.

Blade II
Pal-version and only English-spoken DD5.1.

did you perhaps by accident back up the DD2.0 audio stream? I found most stereo streams to be somewhat louder than 5.1 streams on my DVDs

Also problems with audio

I also had some problems with the audio. I save the DVD files on my HD with DVD Decryptor (latest version). When I play back the DVD made with DVD2One the audio is normal at the beginning of the movie. After some minutes the volume will go down (about 33%). At the end of the movie the volume will go back to normal.

I have this problem with most movies when I'm using DVD2One. With other programmes (IfoEdit) I don't have this problem.

I'm always using the English 6Channel audio (5.1) with Dutch subtitels.

.....an yesterday I did "Charlotte Gray" with 5.1 with no problems.
Gone are the most irritating low sound.....maybe this is something I have to live with....some movies work prefectly and some don´t...

I'am having trouble seeing how DVD2one could do such a thing.
We are not touching the audio part of the newly created movie.

Is it possible for you to send me your new and old ifo files? So we can compare them and see what happens.

I tested my own blade 2 (region 2 UK) and i could not spot a difference in audio.
