Jurassic Lost World

Strange problem with Jurassic Lost World. After Decrypting in file mode the movie file wasn't that big so I figured I could use Chopper, cut the credits and then just burn without DVD2one coding so I could keep full quality.

The last VOB kept locking up Chopper repeatedly and when I played it in WINDVD it defaulted to French??? If I played it on my other networked PC using Power DVD it played in English...WTH.

Finally, while giving Chopper one more shot to recognize it, my system crashed, rebooted and XP went into a file check/verify mode. When it was fininshed my system was in something like a 4 color mode. After multiple reboots, it still was in that mode.

I've got a Gforce card so I just reinstalled the drivers and prayed. Everything is working fine. Anyway, thanks to DVD2one, I coded the movie and it plays back in English on WINDVD and most importantly, burned cleanly for my standalones. Weird stuff.

So far with DVD2one and RecordNow Max, I've successfully burned everything. The only hiccup I've encounterd so far was with LOTR NTSC. If I try to forward it from a chapter(I think chap 36) on my standalone with the remote, it will freeze. If I just let it play, it's fine. This prob doesn't happen on my Philips standalone.

LOL VOODOO. Yes, I read your other post about your RW possibly being corrupted. Hopefully, with a new disk you'll finally be able to burn LOTR!!! BTW, my standalone that has the chapter prob with LOTR is a Sony. Seems like the Sony is a fussy little B*****d. LOL

Good luck with LOTR. When you finally burn it say hello to Frodo for me. LOL
