How does DVD2One decide on quality?

Hello, I am new here and was wondering a question about DVD2one quality. How does DVD2One determine the quality of the picture it compresses? In other words, if I have a 90 min movie, and remove all subtitles, extra languages, etc, and only keep the original movie and soundtrack, will the quality of my DVD2one processed movie be exactly the same as the original DVD? And if I wanted to keep all the extra audio tracks, extra subtitles, etc, would the quality be worse? Can someone please explain to me a little what determines the DVD2one final picture quality? Any info would be appreciated.

Level of compression or quality loss is determined by how much needs to be cut to bring it down to 4.364GB. If your movie by itself is less than 4.364GB then you will not lose anything in terms of quality. On the other hand if the movie itself is huge, 7GB or so, then DVD2One will shrink it down to 4.364GB, resulting in a loss in quality.
