Is DVD2one sensitive to other tasks running? - Club CDFreaks

Is it OK to have other tasks running while DVD2one is busy or will that cause problems or inferior quality with the output of DVD2one.

i dont think it is as i run it on a xp1900+ and have found this app is the only one that seems to leave 20% cpu resources for me to do other things while its working.

i havent seen it go over 80% cpu power which means it doesnt need all the cpu as speed is dependant on your HD's or something else that is a bottleneck.

Doesn`t seem to be. I have used DVD Decrypter or Nero burning while transcoding with DVD2one. This way I can speed up my backups ... as if DVD2one wasn`t fast enough.

not more the 30 perc CPU usage.

BUT HDD intensity is very big.
