| DVD2ONE lower the volume each time Hello, I wanted to know if it's normal that DVD2ONE lower the volume of the movie ? The FAQ say that : Q Does DVD2one support DTS or AC3? A DVD2one only compresses the VIDEO streams and leaves the AUDIO stream untouched and copies them 1 on 1 I can tell you that after 3 tests with 3 different DVD (American Pie 2 , Star Wars Episode 2 and The silence of the Lambs), when I listen the VOB files I have got after using SmartRipper, the sound is normal, but after using DVD2ONE on those VOBs, the new VOBs have a lower volume each time !! I'm using WinDVD 4.5 Platinum to read the VOB files. Any ideas ? Mr Strange |

| I have not seen this at all. Are you ripping all the audio? Are you comparing the same audio ie DTS is louder than Dolby 5.1 and Dolby Proglogic, but requires a proper decoder. Dolby 5.1 will seem lower when being used on an audio system that does not have 5.1 speakers and propper amp for it. Dolby 2.0 Pro Logic should sound the same all the way |
