DVD2ONE Discontinued? - Club CDFreaks

Well I was reading the dvd2one has fallen behind thread and notice erwin post. Is erwin insinuating that dvd2one is finished? While I know it does quite a bit but it would be nice to finish it with flipper dvd abilities.

Have you read the Flipper guide for LotR (and ammendment) at:

Also, Erwin has never indicated he's stopped developing D2O. It has undergone several major updates in it's very-short life, and more is (no doubt) coming someday.
Frankly, I think it will be several more months before any other program produces anything that can compare/best it for movie-only.
Development is needed--for example, no One-Clicker can properly deal with ForcedSub's in all movies in movie-only. If anyone can, Erwin will crack that nut, too...
And a little-bird tells me he's cookin' on a tweak or two for video-quality (with sacrifice of a little processing time) as an option. But he needn't rush, and release something 'buggy'. D2O is still needed in every toolbox...

those the term VACATION means anything?

Yes after working for over a half year almost nonstop on DVD2one, Erwin took a well deserved vacation. And will be starting to work on DVD2one again at the begining of next month!

VACATION?! I've heard of the mythical beast but have never seen one. Some say it's a large purple dragon with bat wings and pink poke-a-dots but I don't believe them. I think it's just a fairy tale told by children to scare adults. I mean really! Where would you take a vacation anyway?
