DVD2One 1.1.1 and 'Error adjusting the IFO file. It does not match with the VOB file' - Club CDFreaks

I complete rip with DVDecrypter PAL DVD of SPIRIT and when DVD2One processing the files I have the subject error. When i check all files ripped (vob, ifo, bup) i notice that one vob is smaller than the same on dvd. I try to re-ripped the file but it ends with ok rip but the file is smaller than the same on dvd !!
Than for ripping i use smartripper and -surprise- the program rip the vob complete and not only one part of it! Seems there is a problem with certain dvd and dvd-decrypter.
