Burn VOB's with Chapters - Club CDFreaks

I have VOB files I ripped from music DVD's. Is there some software where I can just drag and drop several VOB's to make a mixed DVD disc -- but, I want to have each file as a separate chapter?

number the vobs sequentially (vts_01_1, vts_01_2, etc) and use ifoedit to create ifo files. then burn and watch the videos

Any other help on how to use IFOEDIT would be really appreciated. Doesn't accept my VOB's, which play fine on my DVD player.
