DVD2One Discuss, Best quality choice.... at Copy Movie forum; Erwin said that Con takes more 'cpu-power/time' than Var (go figure, I'd have thought just the opposite--shows what I know...). BTW, until some of the pixelization/sizing complaints re: Var are sorted out, I've been defaulting to Con myself.
