Audio/Video DVD

Is there a different method to backing-up this sort of dvd, I've tried several different methods but haven't seemed to manage it yet.
I'm using dvd decryptor and dvd2one, I've tried it in all modes but when I start dvd2one I'm getting a long list of files to process and quite a few of them are about the same length(mins). eg: 30mins, 38mins etc. also they have more than one chapter.
The discs I'm trying to back-up are "The Complete Jam", the first disc is a disc to disc copy but the 2nd disc is a dual layered disc with 7.83gb of data on it. Everytime I let dvd2one run with the automatically selected files(first in list) I end up with less than 1.5gb to burn which makes me think I'm going drastically wrong somewhere or missing something simple(brains maybe).
Any help would be very appreciated.

Thanks all.

Sounds like some sort of episode DVD to me, maybe you could try one of the episode methods?
