almost guarenteed everytime i burn a movie with clone, it will have some skipping or parts of the picture get erased for a moment. couple times it froze and i had to skip ahead and rewind. anyone know anything about this? help if you could thanks.

Try lower burn speeds.

what type of media are you using(dvd- or dvd+ and is it dvdr or dvdrw)? does it skip on your pc or on you home player?

could be multiple things..

one your dvd player cant playback that format correctly (if its a home dvd player)..try - media its usually compatable but not always.

second your using dvdrw media which alot of home players have issues with.

third your using crappy dvd media and the speed your burning at is too fast for it try 1x.

or lastly your home player is old and cannot play back burned media well.

I dont think its clonedvd thats the problem though. but to be sure download copytodvd from vso and try it out..if it works better than it may be a compatablity issue with your burner or media and clone.

its 4x memorex dvd-r's. its not the dvd player, do you think that the problem is when burning it or copying it to hard drive? ill try some other progs as well

yeah thats the version, but i had the same problem with the version before it. i started using dvd2one and so far everything seems to work fine! i love that software, i will not use clone anymore. thanks for the help.
