| Re: Just a Thanks ANY DVD What a nightmare. I went round and round with John Smith and got no where. I tried to explain that Clone Mobile created a AVI. File that My Creative Zen Vision W was unable to read/play and I had to use the conversion program that my Vision W came with to convert the AVI file into a .WMV and it played fine on my Vision W. I explained that it seemed that Clone Mobile outputed the file in the wrong formate for my player.
His responce was "our program dose not support WMV." I emailed him back explaining in detail that I know Clone Mobile dose not support or creat WMV. file. I also explained that Clone mobile created a AVI. that did not work in my player and explained I had to convert it into WMV. for my player to be able to play it. The Reply was "Your player is not supported by Clone Mobile" ????? am I crazy or is this guy nutz? My player is supported and is listed in the list of players within Clone mobile. I give up. Code:

OMG. Are you even reading my emails? Your program Clone mobile converted the movie pirates dead mans chest into a .AVI file that my Creative Vision W could not play.
are you with me so far?
My creative vision W has a video conversion program and was able to convert the .AVI file that clone mobile created and Converted it into a .WMV file. My creative Vision W was able to play
that file. It seems to me that Clone Mobile converted the original .AVI file for a different mobile media player other than my Creative Vision W. Got it? This is not hard to follow just take your time
and read my email. I am a little frustrated that this is the 3rd time I have had to explain the same thing 3 different ways. I know Clone mobile dose not support .WMV so please stop telling me what I
already know. Fix the software so it will output the proper AVI file for the Proper player.

My player is supported. It is a Creative Zen Vision W and is in the list of players that are supported in your program. These emails are pointles and it has become apparent that you are unwilling to address this isue. If this is a representation of Slysoft customer service then Slysoft has alot to learn.
