Error Message with Clone DVD2 - Club CDFreaks

When trying to back up a documentary program from DVD, I get the following message:

"Error Opening Video Files, DVD Manager 5 1 IFO Format 15"

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Update: the next version of CloneDVD will have a workaround implemented to avoid bothering users with this kind of mastering problem anymore.
