when i use clone dvd to copy a dvd when its copied it doesnt finalise it just keeps saying that it is closing borders etc.. it did it while i was usinf trial period and still does it since i purchased it. also i have to restart computer to get disc ouf of tray.

Well let's start how old is your burner and is it firmware updated? What version of CloneDVD are you using and who is the software manufacture? What DVD are you trying to copy and what does the exact error say? We do need more specific info to identify the problem.
