Clone but convert audio only? - Club CDFreaks

Is there a way to make a perfect clone of a dvd, but conver the audio? Its PCM and im trying to change it to AC3. Any help would be appreciated!

Yea, but I though that guy whisper was bent at me and hexed the forum. I was like "Jeesh, sorry bro" -- im just trying to fix the prob.
