Any tool to combine VOB files?

I frequently burn TV programs to DVD, then rip them and remove the commercials.

However, when I do, each segment is its own title. Since I own a DVD player that can read title names from the DVD, I want each episode to only be one title.

Does anyone know how to combine the titles to make one title?

Re: Any tool to combine VOB files?

I use Ulead DVD MovieFactory 5 and do that kinda thing often. Yeah, it is a retail app, but it is really good at what it does.

You can choose to combine and remove all chapters, etc. There is a free demo over at Ulead's web site that should help give you an idea of what it can do.

Hope that helps.

You need a DVD authoring software like TMPGenc DVD Author or DVD Lab Pro. These softwares allows you to remove segments from the video stream, without re-encode, but simply removing unwanted contents from the original file.

OK< I have DVDRemakePro. Care to give me a quick 1,2,3 on how to do it (combine two files), or is it pretty complicated?

I'll move the topic over to that forum. I actually bought DVDRemakePro a few months ago to consildate 2-4 DVDs with menus together. I didn't know I could consolidate titles together.
