writing gap before first track for audio CDs (hidden track)

Hi!

I have a problem with creating a larger than standard 2 sec. gap before the first track. Whatever I try, the first track will always start at sector 0 (MSF 0:2:0)...
This is on using NERO_WRITE_CD and on NERO_WRITE_FREESTYLE_CD.
I know that having a larger gap before the first track is non-standard, but as many original CDs have them and most writers support writing them (but most Sonys), it would be nice to be able to write them (cloning freedb compatible).

Does anybody have a clue how to write some audio data before track 1?
Thanks a lot in forward!
