VB6/NeroCOM: How to find out if Nero6 is installed? - Club CDFreaks

Hello all,
I'm writing a backup program that uses UDF-copy or NeroCOM, if Nero6 is installed. But how to find out? I need glogal objects (Nero, NeroFolders etc.), but if Nero6 is not installed, I get an error.

Anyone knows how to prevent this error and find out if Nero6 is installed?

I come from CHINA,and i'm interested in NeroSDK(both with NeroCOM), so I also want to know how to use NeroSDK.

NeroCOM is only installed by Nero 6+ and requires at least version 6 to work. So basically, if NeroCOM is unavaliable you have either no Nero at all or a pre-6 Nero.
