I want to use nerocmd to backup some vital data to dvd+rw

I'm using the following script:

--error_log c:\neroerr.log
--nero_log_timestamp
--drivename R
--real
--no_user_interaction
--dvd
--recursive
--iso backupeven y:\sateven\*.*
--underrun_prot
--disable_eject
--write
--create_iso_fs
--force_erase_cdrw

When using a brand new dvd+rw disc , nerocdm will exit after writing the lead-in with the message: Illegal disc

This is strange because the disc is 100% ok
If i use a used disc, same type, same brand there is no problem.

Any ideas?!
