I have noted that if Nerocmd.exe writes a CD with the option "--disable_eject" the System doesn't eject the CD, but until I manually eject and reload the CD, I can't see the new information saved on the CD.
In few words is there the possibility to refresh the CD content without eject and load the CD after a Write operation?

This is even recorder specific, which require to eject and load the disc again after burning, to recognize currently written data.
