NeroAPI: detecting if a DVD+-RW is empty - Club CDFreaks

According to the documentation, calling NeroGetVMSInfo should provide correct information about the size burnt and left to be burnt on a DVD+-RW. From the info i get there, it seems like every RW i look at is blank, even though i know there's something on it (NumSessions is 0 and NextWritableAddress is 0).

Does this function only work for discs created with multisession? Does this function work for anyone?

The NeroGetVMSInfo() function will return information only if ncdiMediumFlags field of NERO_CD_INFO has a NCDIMF_VIRTUALMULTISESSION bit set. If not set, either the disc is not multisession or VMS is not used.
