Nero - Memory error

Hi all, I have had a look through previous posts but have been unable to find this problem. I am trying to burn a photo slide show on nero and I keep getting the same mesage. I have done this many times before and never had any problems. The mesage is,
The instruction at "0x00615a12" referenced memory at "0x011c3ec8". The memory could not be "read". Clicl on OK to terminate the program.

I actually posted this a few days ago in the newbie section. I have since been able to get it to burn, however some of the photos are just black blank slides.

Please help as I am no computer expert and have tried everything I could think of. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks, John
