Very Newbie Question!

Is it possible to use Nero to Burn a Powerpoint Presentation onto a CD-R blank disc turning it into a DvD so that you can run the Presentation through a standard TV/DvD Player with each slide representing a "chapter"?
If not, is there another bit of S/ware I could use to do this?

i need hlep with this too! i want to put a powerpoint on a regualr cd-r disk and then give it to my friend and she is going to trasfer it to a dvd disk, can i do that? i am having trouble.

I think you realize you posted to a thread that is about two years old and you are not in the correct forum.

You cannot turn a CD into a DVD. They are as different as night and day.

I do not use PowerPoint but one of the save options is jpeg format. If your DVD player supports jpeg, it might play the CD the same way a DVD player could play a CD with MP3 formats. However, stand-alone players are finicky and you need to try it. I suspect you'll have better luck playing the PowerPoint files if the CD files are transferred to a DVD.
