before or during burnning, how to lock the CD recorder to prevent ejecting by other people ? i cann't find available NeroAPI function!

There is no such method. NeroAPI locks the recorder by itself during burning.

is CD Title the same as the name of CD ?
does every track have it's Title ?
what is CD's Artist name?
