how to get name of CD using NeroAPI ?
is CD Title the same as the name of CD ?
does every track have it's Title ?
what is CD's Artist name?

Yes.

I think you refer to members nwcdArtist and nwcdTitle of the NERO_WRITE_CD structure? Both are used when writing CDText on audio CDs. Therefore, the title is something different then the name of a track.
