it's one of parametrs for --write
in document:
"Replace imported files only if newer are found"
How are determine newer files or not?
by last update?
by time of creation?
other?
pls

I have not gotten the "--backup" stuff working properly yet, but it really OUGHT to mean newer by the last-modified-date. I know Windows is keeping quite a few dates with each file, including file creation and last accessed, but the only truely significant date for backup purposes is the last-modified time. Howard
