0-bytes files on burned CD

A am trying to write my own burning data CD program using NeroCmd as a sample. Currently program reports that burning operation succeeded but all files on the CD have size 0. Volume name parameter is ignored.
I cannot show here all program text because it is too long, but I can show some code fragments if necessary. Maybe somebody can guess the reason. Thanks.
