help with .srt files - Club CDFreaks

I have an .avi movie with .eng.srt subtitles, i want to convert the avi to .MPEG-4 but keep the subtitles in my mpeg format file. I use dvdXsoft to convert to .MPEG-4 but i need a program that will allow me to convert the .avi and have the .srt file embedded in the .MPEG-4 file. can anyone help?

and acutally im converting to .MPEG-4 because im going to be playing the film on an ipod, so therefore the subtitle need to be in the .MPEG-4 file. =O

Yes, buy the original because what you have downloaded isnt the original.
