Decryption help

I've looked all over for an answer to what I assume is a basic issue. I'm trying to decrypt a DVD onto my hard drive as one file. I want to be able to just click on one file & watch my backup from my pc. I keep getting multiple files & just wish to the movie saved as one. Any help? I'm running Vista and using DVDFab Decrypter.

Re: Decryption help

Try using DVD Shrink and save as an ISO to your hard drive, use virtual drive to mount the image. If you want no compression just set it to custom ratio 100%.Here is a link for a virtual drive.

Ok. How do I do that? Sorry I'm such a newbie! I've got daemon tools but I've never used it.
I swear I'm not usually this bad!

Mounting an image:

Right-click on the DAEMON Tools trayicon
Select Virtual CD/DVD-ROM
Select Device [?:]
Click Mount
Browse and select the image you wish to mount
Click OK or double-click on the file to mount

Unmounting an image:

Right-click on the DAEMON Tools trayicon
Select Virtual CD/DVD-ROM
Select Device [?:]
Click Unmount

Re: Decryption help

Or use VLC player. It will play ISO files without having to mount them as a separate step.
