To my knowledge the only difference is the software bundle, Xgamer coming with 3 game titles, Need 4 Speed-High Stakes; Desent3; Thief-The Dark Project. Nice mix of titles if you don't have them. MP3 comes with a mix of Music titles such as Mixman Sound ForgeLE and several others. And the value I'm not sure, but the all include Some extra titles with the install disk, interesting utilities.
