| What is the market share of SATA vs IDE for CD/DVD drives? Question: What is the market share of SATA vs IDE for CD/DVD drives today? This would include custom PCs, Dell, HP, etc. I'm hearing anything from 5% - 30% for SATA. What do you guys think?
