| problems with sound card i am having problems with my sound card.when ever i am watching dvd .. sound is not being smooth.....i tried to copy dvd to hard or even tried to play from direct dvd room but result remians the same. i have unistall sound card and install on after boot up ...still results r same. my spec are p4 1.6 ghz 850mv intel 512 mb ram segate 80 gb 72k (old) western digital 250 gb 72 k(new) sony combo drive(2 yrs old) win xp prof sp2 and win2000 prof sp4 my dvd rom is not in great condition.but i had some previous saved dvd tht were playing fine...now has too sound problem. i have notived cpu usage its like 50-70 % with power dvd 6 ....some times video do struck just little bit(from hard and dvd rom)..... i have no problems with vcds or mp3 ,tv tuner and games etc .... but the way i have remove some codec of wmp too.i have unistall every single dvd player s/w... i check with nero show time player but results were same..... any body have a guess wt to do ? reinstall win ? |
