| NEC ND-2500A won't read OEM & CD-R/RW Hi, My NEC burner won't read some OEM cd's and CD-R/RW's, but reads and writes to dvd's fine. I've tried burning various brand name cd's eg TDK, Verbatium, Samsung, Ritek and very few can be read after they've been burnt. I know the OEM cd's are ok because the Samsung Cd burner I've also got reads them ok. Is the drive faulty or is it just very fussy with media? Also is there anyway of diagnosing if the burner has a problem? The devise manager says it's ok and it's set for cd writting in properties. Any help is appreciated Charles |
