My device cant read movies in a dvd - Club CDFreaks

MIne is a SONY DVD RW DW-Q28A.the problem with my device is it cant read movie dvd's.it can do all the functiond with a cd.but it fails to do the same over dvd.i dont know what to do.pls help.

Install a DVD application like Nero Showtime or Power DVD. You need the software to playback DVD movies.
