| Re: internet connections is the issue from your cable company? is your modem getting a cable signal during these outages? if not, the problem probably lies with your router. if you have a cheap router this could be the issue. check your router's website for firmware updates. I had this problem with 2 different routers. the first was just a cheap piece of junk. the second was an older model that needed a firmware update to rectify the dropped connection issue.
