Desperately need help on Liteon LDW-401s - Club CDFreaks

I've upgraded my 401S to 411S according to this site so that my XBOX can read the disk I burn. I've tried changing booktype with the tool on a DVD+R and also just burned with a dvd-R, but my xbox still can't read them both

Please help

Slow down your burning. MY 401@411 makes +R discs that thomsons set as both +R and as -ROM. BE sure you're building proper gdf'd iso's, too. Or using UDF, but that's...icky

xiso is horribly buggy. Nobody really into the "scene" uses it anymore. Try Qwix or Craxtion4. You'll be glad you did.

Xbox discs are not standard ISOs. They have a special format. Xiso creates flawed images. Qwix and Craxtion create proper gdf iso's which is the format MS uses. You can even use Craxtion to easily build multi-game ISOs if desired. Get Craxtion from craxtion.com and qwix from http://www.teamavalaunch.com/qwix/
