| Best home DVD-RAM burner? I am looking to buy a new DVD burner that supports DVD-RAM. I have access to an endless supply of Maxell 3X DL DVD-RAM discs (from work, ahem). I live in America. What is the experts' opinions as to the best home use burner for DVD-RAM? |

| Re: Best home DVD-RAM burner? 1st, RAM is inappropriate for "archiving". It's primarily used for temporary storage, (backups), and video and the like. Like a little portable hard drive. LG has been the standard for RAM burners for as long as we have had RAM. All the rest are newcomers. The biggest difference is in the RAM driver you use. So far, the Panasonic driver is the best. InCD should be avoided. |
