| Ac 97 audio and soundblaster live I have a realtek ac 97 audio set up and I am Trying to install an older 16 bit soundblaster live card and when I install the sound blaster card it crashes the computer. can any help me. I have windows xp with service pack 1. The reason I am Installing the card is my Realtek Has No Volume, When The Volume Is Cranked I can hardly hear it. |

| Re: Ac 97 audio and soundblaster live You need to go into the bios and turn off the onboard sound, before you install the sound blaster.
